This private land access is secured by the hunter through the simple act of writing a check rather than by the hitting the road and knocking on doors in hope of finding a single lease. And, the same private land may be pre season scouted. All may have their hunts in the same areas from season to season and the hunter has the opportunity to add additional spots through continued scouting. It will come to pass he will have knowledge of more leases to place deer stands on than stands that he owns. We offer deer hunting without the hassle of public lands deer hunter mentality. Those that hunt with us quickly get to the point they have knowledge of more ground and deer habitat than the availability of time. Having too many places gives the hunter the range of available habitat and area to enhance his opportunity of getting on a trophy. Trophy HuntsNext, our deer lease land is within the right region of the United States with a history of past trophy production. While Kansas and Iowa are well known for their trophy deer, Missouri with its point restriction zone is gaining greater notoriety. We further enhance that regional trophy deer potential through our understanding of what state wide regions of each of Kansas, Iowa and Missouri have the local trophy production history. The intent is the best deer hunting within that region that we can lease land for. The understanding that within a state there are better trophy deer regions than other, within each state region there are localities of better production and within that locality are better leases than others. Drilling down to this level of where to lease deer hunting ground is what members pay us to do. In every case of any deer hunting lease it is contracted after a boots on the ground habitat survey. This rolls into the Association staff being the friendly point of contact all require when entering a new area that prevents anyone from floundering by going to the wrong area. Bow hunters will be on bow huntable ground and firearms deer hunters recommended to areas where all that long range shooting advantage can be employed. Finally, being in the central mid-west places us in the middle of everywhere and for many the cost of a day's drive for better deer hunting is always worth the time compared to a shorter drive to go nature walking.
