| Our Association has enjoyed good landowner relationships right from our start in 1965. We conduct ourselves honorably and expect the same from all others. Hunters are not required to check in or out with any landowners. The Association office conducts all landowner contacts referencing which hunters will be on what properties during the year. Landowner - Association relations are of high importance. Each hunter is to conduct himself as he would expect a guest to conduct himself within his own home. Abusing the land, the wildlife or the environment is cause for dismissal from the Association. Landowners are not permitted to hunt their land unless agreed to in the contract and the landowners become members. Essentially, landowners that become members do so through trading their land for a discounted or for the complete membership cost. The landowners that trade their land for a membership do so not to be able to hunt their land, rather they join in such a manner so as to be able to hunt the other Association land. At any give time through our history we have less than five such landowners and in most cases the landowners are not farmers but rather absentee land investment owners or members of a corporation.
