Other | By now the better Iowa quail habitat should be looking familiar as it is only a matter of differences at the weed, woody and crop cover.
That degree of difference in cover frequently indicates if quail or pheasant are more likely to be encountered. On our southern Iowa leases both birds may be pointed on the same walk. the standing corn seen in this October picture could well be there coming the season opener. |
