| Crop Field HuntingPrivate land goose hunting in Missouri and Kansas on crop stubble and open water for the do it yourself goose hunter. This means as the hunters sees fit to hunt. Large or small decoy spreads, self erected blinds, use of his own dogs and calling skills. What we provide is the not just the private land that we lease, it is the right row crop and wheat fields within the micro flyways of the Mississippi Flyway in that portion on the Lower Missouri River basin well known for more than a hundred years for its historic market waterfowl hunters. The difference between 90 years ago and today is that rather than groups of goose hunters lined up with 10 gauge stick mounted guns piling up hundreds of geese for sale, these same wetland areas are now prime real-estate with waterfowl clubs buying or leasing up large tracts of both duck wetlands and goose hunting fields. Overall, the portions of Missouri with the best waterfowl migration and waterfowl hunts are under private lease to include that of our organization.
Reasonable PriceWe help level this playing field occupying a niche between that of public lands hunting and small acreage, expensive waterfowl clubs. Our hunting Association is for the average goose hunter that can hunt on his own and only requires the opportunity to get on the right habitat in the right area and can take care of the rest. This is a step above knocking on doors where the goose hunter spends many a mile and hour trying to find a place to hunt. In our system that effort is placed into writing out a check and then that hunter may goose hunt any of the land we have under lease. Not only do we provide goose hunting we also offer wetlands and blinds for duck hunts and include deer, turkey and upland all for the one cost. Within our system there is not any reason to stay at home when the seasons are on, early, regular or late goose season..
Buddy HuntsWe also have the ability for hunters to team up and share a large spread with its labor intensive setup and take down. Frequently fellow hunters and Association members will team up and place out decoys the night before, camp over and call in the geese the next morning, upland or duck hunt the afternoon, leave the decoy spread in place and repeat the next day or two until it's time for a sleep-in day.
Hunter's ChoiceDo it yourself goose hunts on private lease land along rivers as large as the Missouri, watershed lakes up to 25 acres, farm ponds, irrigation lakes and on our own custom built wetlands. No one hunter will become bored with having too few places to hunt. The challenge in this case is not finding one place to hunt, the challenge is scouting our thousands of acres of land to find which area the geese are working and then setup your own hunt.
