Disclosure Statement

Our disclosure policy has the minimum requirement that all potential members have access to the rules and application form before an application is sent in for consideration for membership.

With the rules what we want you to know are the responsibilities of membership. When you read the rules it may seem we are trying to regulated common sense. It is not our intent to insult anyone, we feel it is necessary to remind some folks of the basic courtesy expected of all members.  The rules are simple such as no alcohol on club properties, obey all game laws, etc.  As in most organization 1% of the membership accounts for 90% of the rules.  Be assured that 1% is addressed at every occasion.

For the application form the reader should determine that it is also simple.  We are not asking for your first born grandchild.  The application form serves as the contract amongst the members.  It simply states that members pay the annual dues and receive access to all acreage, all seasons, all game types, for as often as you may want to hunt, for a 365 day membership year, in all states plus fishing and limited camping. Specifically, the annual membership initiated by the application form is renewable on the election of the member and of the Association management.  The member as well as the Association reserves the right not to annually renew the membership.

The above two points, the rules and application, are the minimum requirements along with an interview that must be understood before anyone may send in an application.  The links at the left will take you to the rules and application as well as many more pages of facts, maps, details, etc.  In this entire web site we have attempted to answer every question we have ever received.  If you take the time to read it all you will know everything there is to know about us.
