Rules and Regulations:
- Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to check-in
- Payment is due in full the day of check-out in form of check/cash/cashier check (credit cards are not accepted)
- No smoking inside of house
- Pets are not allowed in house
- All sheets, blankets, towels need to be left in mudroom the day of check out
- House needs to be left in the same condition that it is found
