Any Association hunter in good standing may sponsor into the Association another.
The current member by sponsoring another is attesting to the character of the hunter being in compliance with the Association's conditions of membership.
These conditions of membership have literal regulations that are immutable. There also does exist such "spirit of intent" that defies specific definition. These areas include the concept of sportsmanship. We all have an idea of what sportsmanship is. We all can have different definitions of it. The Association has its common understanding of the value of sportsmanship. Or, behaving as ladies and gentlemen in all things regarding hunting regulations, the Association staff, landowners, wildlife and land.
